CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Gentle Yoga: Melt into relaxation with this slow paced class based on gentle stretches and postures accessible for all body types and ages.

Hatha Basics: For new or returning yogis, this class is a slow-paced exploration of the basic poses and yogic techniques.

Vinyasa Basics: This Basics class includes a heat-building vinyasa flow while maintaining emphasis on proper alignment and learning the introductory poses and techniques.

Open Level (Flow or Hatha): There's something for everyone in these classes, for the experienced beginner and advanced student alike. Open Hatha includes longer held poses, while Open Flow is a movement-based vinyasa style.

Liberation Hour: Designed with busy schedules in mind, our Liberation Hour is an open level class for the yogi on the run.

Intermediate/Advanced Flow: The experienced yogi will find what they crave: inversions, arm balances, binds, and lots of fun and challenging surprises in every class.

Lunch Express: A 45-minute class designed to help you escape the office and enjoy yoga on your lunch break. Taught at a Basic to Open Level.

Meditation: Go beyond asana in this weekly class designed to introduce students to meditation and yogic breathing with a firm basis in philosophy.  Open to all levels of experience.
