Bring a friend or go stag to this hands-on workshop, led by Adrea Robles, Licensed Massage Therapist. With a partner, learn simple massage techniques that can be performed at home, on the floor, or on the bed. Express the energy of your heart through your hands and help your loved ones release stress and melt into relaxation. Pre-registration is recommended as space is limited.

This four week series is especially designed for our newest yogis!
The course includes an introduction into yoga philosophy, yoga breathing and meditation, and of course the basic poses. Each class builds upon the next, creating a foundation from which you can join our regular classes with confidence.
Pre-registration is required by Wednesday Feb 15th.

Throughout the history of mankind healing methods have always existed. Based on the transfer of universal, all pervading life energy, this sacred knowledge was carefully guarded by the ancient mystery schools.Only a select few, namely priests and spiritual leaders, knew these techniques and passed the information by word of mouth to their disciples.
In our Modern World, these methods live on through the system of Reiki. The word Reiki means universal life energy. It is defined as the power which acts and lives in all created matter. The Usui System of Reiki is a simple and natural healing method and an effective way of transferring this energy. Once a person has been attuned, they become a channel for this energy. Concentrated life energy flows through their hands by its own accord and they will retain this ability for the rest of their life.

- Attunement to Reiki Level 1

Join us every month for our Reiki Healing Circle. Open to Reiki practitioners, those wanting to learn about Reiki and alternative healing, or anyone in need of healing. This donation-based circle will include body centering, guided meditation, and Reiki healing exchange in an informal and nurturing environment.
